STAGE SERVICES MISSISSIPPI
Stage Services for Concerts, Festivals, and Outdoor Events
Put Your Event on a Stage Built for the Show
A great event needs more than a platform. It needs a stage that fits the site, supports the production, protects performers and equipment, and is ready when the first guest arrives.
A&M Audio, Stage, Lighting and Video provides mobile stages, portable staging, and outdoor roof systems for concerts, festivals, corporate events, community celebrations, and special events. Since 1999, we’ve helped event organizers turn open fields, parks, parking lots, and other locations into professional performance spaces.

Mobile stages provide a fast, professional solution when you need a complete performance platform with minimal site construction.
Our mobile stage options are ideal for concerts, festivals, city events, political events, community celebrations, and touring productions. We coordinate delivery, placement, setup, and teardown while considering access, ground conditions, audience layout, production requirements, and the needs of your performers.
Mobile stages can also integrate with audio, lighting, video, backline, and other production equipment, giving your event one coordinated foundation instead of a collection of disconnected vendors.
The result is a cleaner setup, a more predictable schedule, and a professional stage environment your artists and audience can trust.
Mobile Stages
Portable staging gives you flexibility when the event requires a custom footprint, adjustable layout, or a platform that can be configured around the venue.
These systems work well for smaller concerts, corporate presentations, ceremonies, galas, schools, churches, community events, and indoor or outdoor programs. We can help determine the appropriate stage size, height, access points, stairs, railings, skirting, and layout based on your event.
Whether you need a simple platform or a stage that supports a full production, we focus on creating a safe, functional setup that looks professional and works with the rest of your event plan.
Portable Stages
Outdoor Roof Systems
Outdoor events create variables you can’t control: sun, rain, wind, changing temperatures, and unpredictable site conditions. An outdoor roof system helps protect performers, production equipment, and the event itself while giving the stage a more finished, professional appearance.
We can provide roofed stage solutions for concerts, festivals, public events, and outdoor corporate programs. Roof requirements depend on the stage configuration, equipment loads, site conditions, weather exposure, and event schedule. We review those details before recommending the right solution.
Our team also coordinates with audio, lighting, and video requirements so the roof system supports the complete production rather than creating limitations for it.

System Capabilities & Equipment
-
Typically 100–200 amps of single‑phase power within 30 ft of the stage. If your power is different or farther away, we’ll plan around it on our discovery call.
Smaller sound systems can operate on as little as 20 amps. -
We’ll review your venue’s power and recommend the safest, most reliable option for your event.
-
A 10 ft x 10 ft area is ideal. We can adjust this or, in some cases, mix without a traditional FOH position if space is tight.
-
Yes. We provide all necessary cabling and can supply cable ramps for high‑traffic areas and thresholds.
Technical Requirements & Power
-
Most events require about 3 hours for setup and 1–2 hours for testing and calibration. Larger or more complex shows may need more time; we’ll confirm this in advance.
-
Yes. An audio engineer is present for setup, soundcheck, the entire event, and teardown.
-
We aim to be fully ready 1–2 hours before the first time you need audio (rehearsal, soundcheck, or doors). Teardown is usually immediately after the event. Standard hours are 8 am–8 pm; work outside those hours is subject to overtime as outlined in your contract.
-
This depends on input count, mixes, and changeovers. With good cooperation, we can turn simple line checks in minutes, and deeper run‑throughs in 15–30 minutes. We’ll schedule specific windows with you and the artists.

Contingencies & Backups
-
We carry backup microphones and build redundancy into our speaker systems so we can swap or re‑route quickly if something fails.
-
Many components are weather‑resistant. Sensitive gear (like consoles and laptops) is covered and shaded. For events above 95°F, we recommend avoiding peak heat to protect performers, guests, and equipment.
-
Yes, we carry general liability insurance. We also recommend that clients carry their own event liability policy.
-
Our first move is to manage the schedule, so your show still ends on time. If a band runs long, we can often make up time during changeovers, adjust start times, or tighten transitions so the overall event stays on track.
If the event runs significantly past the contracted end time and you want us to keep running, we’ll confirm that on-site and continue at our overtime rates. All overtime pricing and billing terms are spelled out in your contract so there are no surprises later.
