Our team advances the show with you and the artists, builds the input list and stage plot, and runs load‑in, soundcheck, and the show from first note to final encore. Yes. We scale systems up or down based on audience size, coverage needed, and artist requirements. Our goal is simple: every seat hears clearly without being painfully loud.

Yes. We provide monitors, main and monitor consoles, wired mics, DIs, and wireless (handheld, lapel, and headworn) as needed for your show.

Yes. We tune the system so spoken word is crystal clear and live music has impact without distortion.
Technical Requirements & Power

Typically 100–200 amps of single‑phase power within 30 ft of the stage. If your power is different or farther away, we’ll plan around it on our discovery call.
Smaller sound systems can operate on as little as 20 amps. -
We’ll review your venue’s power and recommend the safest, most reliable option for your event.

A 10 ft x 10 ft area is ideal. We can adjust this or, in some cases, mix without a traditional FOH position if space is tight.

Yes. We provide all necessary cabling and can supply cable ramps for high‑traffic areas and thresholds.
Logistics & Timeline

Most events require about 3 hours for setup and 1–2 hours for testing and calibration. Larger or more complex shows may need more time; we’ll confirm this in advance.

Yes. An audio engineer is present for setup, soundcheck, the entire event, and teardown.

We aim to be fully ready 1–2 hours before the first time you need audio (rehearsal, soundcheck, or doors). Teardown is usually immediately after the event. Standard hours are 8 am–8 pm; work outside those hours is subject to overtime as outlined in your contract.

This depends on input count, mixes, and changeovers. With good cooperation, we can turn simple line checks in minutes, and deeper run‑throughs in 15–30 minutes. We’ll schedule specific windows with you and the artists.
Contingencies & Backups

We carry backup microphones and build redundancy into our speaker systems so we can swap or re‑route quickly if something fails.

Many components are weather‑resistant. Sensitive gear (like consoles and laptops) is covered and shaded. For events above 95°F, we recommend avoiding peak heat to protect performers, guests, and equipment.

Yes, we carry general liability insurance. We also recommend that clients carry their own event liability policy.

Our first move is to manage the schedule, so your show still ends on time. If a band runs long, we can often make up time during changeovers, adjust start times, or tighten transitions so the overall event stays on track.
If the event runs significantly past the contracted end time and you want us to keep running, we’ll confirm that on-site and continue at our overtime rates. All overtime pricing and billing terms are spelled out in your contract so there are no surprises later.
